· CPAC Hungary, an annual meeting of conservative circles from around the world, is underway in Budapest.
· Speakers at the event included Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, former U.S. government representative for women's health Valerie Huber, Croatian MEP Stephen Bartulica, Slovakian Family Minister Milan Krajniak and Ordo Iuris Institute President Jerzy Kwasniewski.

· The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has dismissed complaints against decisions by German civil registry offices that refused to enter information on birth certificates that did not conform to the biological sex of two people.

· The first case involved a woman who changed her metric sex from female to male on her documents and began hormone therapy. After stopping the therapy, she gave birth to a child conceived through in vitro fertilization.

For a few years now, the word "rule of law" has been used in all cases and given as an argument for successive interventions by the European Commission and other international bodies in our national affairs. Not only the reform of the judiciary, but also the defense of the border against waves of migrants brought in by Putin and Lukashenko, the exploitation of the Turow mine, and even... forest management plans - everything turns out to violate the "rule of law."

· The Braniewo District Court ruled that there were no grounds for interfering with the parental authority of the parents of three children who had been taken from Norway by the children's agency, Barnevernet, two years earlier.

· After winning cases in Norwegian courts, the mother returned to Poland with her children in August 2022.

With the participation of our lawyers, there has been a recent conviction of the first person supplying chemical abortifacients in Poland. Following the blow, we are preparing a strike against the illegal abortion underworld. Justyna W.'s case proves that law enforcement agencies are far more likely to take action against abortion criminals when notices point them to specific individuals who have been supplied with dangerous abortifacients.
