The European Commission has been conducting a special "infringement procedure" against Poland since July 2021. EU officials claimed that Poland was discriminating against people with homosexual tendencies and experiencing "gender identity" disorders. Evidence of this discrimination was to be found in alleged "LGBT-free zones." This is an obvious lie by the LGBT activists themselves, who, by the way, openly boasted on social media that thanks to them the Commission is screening Poland.

· The European Commission has drafted an EU regulation that would make it compulsory for EU states to recognize each other's decisions establishing parenthood.

· As a result, Poland would be obliged to recognize the legal force of a document certifying same-sex parenthood.

· The EU regulations are directly applicable - their provisions do not require implementation into the national legal order.

· The European Commission has released a draft regulation aimed at regulating the mutual recognition of parenthood by EU member states.

· The issue primarily concerns same-sex couples, to whom some countries grant the right to adoption. In countries where such adoption is not possible, their parentage may be questioned.

· The European Commission has launched an initiative to review the implementation of Agenda 2030 and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by European Union member states.

· The 2030 Agenda is a roadmap with an agenda for solving the world's most pressing - in the assumption of its authors - economic, social and environmental problems.

In the Summer 2021, The European Commission has published information on an initiative entitled. "Equality Bodies - Binding Standards". Subsequently, on the basis of a published document ('roadmaps') outlining the Commission's legislative ideas, the public was given the opportunity to participate in a public consultation and send in their views. However, the most interesting is yet to come, as for the fourth quarter of 2022. Commission has announced the adoption of the initiative.

· The European Union is working on a draft regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council "establishing rules to prevent and combat child sexual abuse", prepared by the European Commission.
